I just had a horrific testing experience at this testing center in Reno, Nevada. I was told that I…read morewas not allowed to wear my sweatshirt in a test despite wearing a light undershirt beneath. I protested but the manager on site, Dianne insisted that she would kick me out. As this is the only testing center in my state I was forced to comply. In the test room the gentleman 2 seats away was wearing a sweatshirt in the testing room, yet I was forced to take mine in a long underwear type undershirt. I was placed next to a window during a snow storm and actively shivered and tucked my hands under my legs or in my armpits just to stay warm. It was difficult to even read the questions, much less concentrate. Dianne walked into the room several times and allowed me to suffer though noticeably shaking. I respect the need for security but I am disgusted my the inhumane treatment that received at this location

Other centers limit your time and frequency, yet not here. As a parent, it's important to me that my son have as much access to the instruction and curriculum as needed in order to understand and perform in his math classes. He has been going to Mathnasium since elementary school and is now a high school frosh breezing through Algebra 1-2. He'll be taking advanced math courses starting next year and his confidence continues to grow as he masters the concepts. I truly appreciate Carlo's philosophy as well as the kindness and patience demonstrated by his team. My son continues to thrive and he's been recruiting his buddies to join him, which adds another level of commitment in going every week.
