There are a ton of little trinkets here in regards to flora, from ceramic planters to little ceramic sculptures that are designed to guard your space and plants from bad energy. While they were a little too out of budget for me, they were a pleasure to look at. The variety of plants was great as well. The arrangement my brother ordered did have a banner and the word "devoted" was written on the banner in black marker and the word "grandmother"h scotch taped on. The other arrangement had a dark green ribbon with the word "Loving Aunt" written in black marker. Instead of guests talking about how beautiful the flower arrangements were, they were all saying how they would never use this Florist and how we were ripped off, etc... Thankfully the flowers from other florists brought in some positive conversations. I just can't express how angry I am that I paid a FORTUNE for flowers that looked NOTHING like the picture and they didn't even include my banner.
