Michelle Ng, the sales rep we worked with, was incredibly helpful, communicative and responsive. We also worked with their in-house professional artist to finalize our design for a reasonable fee and were given the final electronic art files to keep. In the past we have ordered from Five Ultimate as well as Patagonia (using EFX Design & Marketing, Inc. for printing). Went here as two acquaintances had only good things to say about Canuck Stuff. The prices for the official balls were also lower than places such as Sports Check etc. They sell anything related to volleyball, badminton, etc. The store was quite busy as there were a ton of people checking out shoes and other misc. things. One of the staff Mike was very helpful and helped me find the ball I needed. He asked if it's for outdoor beach and I had said yes. He actually recommended the Mikasa ball which our friend had told us about. I know there were a ton of outdoor beach vballs but we were already set on a particular one. The official Wilson AVP was $44.95. Places selling this usually charge up to $60 range. The price was low at Canuck Stuff as the ball comes flat and doesn't come in a box (they pump it up for you), but rather a light plastic bag to keep it clean & comes with a cloth bag. That's fine with me! Better for the environment. Mike was very patient and kind. Even though he was super busy, he took the time to find the ball as well as answer my questions. He also added a little extra air to the ball and later told me to let some out as it was to help with the shape since it had come inflated. Great service and product. We will definitely be back for any volleyball or badminton equipment. Parking might be tricky on a weekend but I was lucky and found a spot. The store is at the right end of the plaza.

Unfortunately, one of the staff members who strings racket was off sick when I was supposed to get it. I mentioned to Mo that I really needed the racket for a match the following day and I don't have another racket of the same quality, and he understood how important it was. Mo personally replaced the bumper guard and strung my racket! I was grateful when he offered to deliver it to my home later that day. I made sure I wasn't out of his way. Lole is into environmental friendly products. That even reflect in their deco, the real plant wall at the front of the store. A lot of their products and clothings are made of recycled products. Imagine wearing a winter jacket that is made of 100% recycled polyester from post-consumer plastic bottles?!!! They are at $350 but now on sale at 25% off..... Aside from sport wears and active wears, Lole also has casual everyday clothes...but the price may not be for everyone! I will have to wait for a SALE.......

I really like Lole's bags. The Lily bag is my favourite and it is a side bag, laptop bag and backpack all in one. I used this bag while traveling and it was absolutely fantastic! It truly was the perfect carry on and I love how I can use it for work and pleasure. Yoga Mats: The lole Air Mat is my favourite but their cheaper glow yoga mat isn't the best if you practice hot yoga. Apparel: I really like Lole's leisure line as they have some really nice casual pieces. I'm not a huge fan of their athletic wear because the bottoms are see through when you bend over. I have big hips and I find Lole products are made for people who don't have hips. Their workout tops are okay but they also are made for people who don't have curves.
