Go to urgent care, waste their time and clog up the system unnecessarily to get a referral I already know I need. I only called confluence to make an appt at this place because it's actually URGENT! Once again, I am opting for care elsewhere. When the care here is generally abysmal and there are artificial roadblocks all over the place to even getting that abysmal care, I'll drive to anywhere I need to go. I wonder how many lives they're costing by being so incredibly delayed in providing care and by their artificial roadblocks to care. Here's a helpful tip for anyone else looking for a dermatologist: go to Lake Chelan Health Specialty Care Clinic. They immediately understood the urgency, didn't require a referral, booked me only one month out, and added me to a cancellation list for next week. It was quick, she was immediately understanding and personable, and the whole process was really efficient. Confluence should take some notes. Or didn't you guys notice you're losing business right and left from your only actually paying customers with commercial insurance.

The pharmacy is the real problem 6 staff members Hispanic girls at desk are arrogant to white people very nice to other Hispanics 2 people waiting require 25 minutes to fill a script with no one working on filling them. Staff sits and talks about Mexican food instead of working. Never known how people like this keep a job to do nothing and jabber about food at WORK. The medical field is ever deepening its poor performance. The doctors/practitioners are nice and knowledgeable but support staff is a joke and clearly directed to the Hispanic population instead of everyone which is very sad. White people are received with a sharp Name!? Hispanics with Hola! and a nice tone. My prescription I was first in line for came after the Hispanic folks 10 minutes after me. I don't believe in promoting any race over another and having support staff pander to it is disgusting. Priority is patients not skin tone. Do better

I was able to talk to a real person who answered my questions. I came in and discovered that it's a new office person. Yay for that too!! She was great! She refilled my antiviral bottle and processed my payment quickly and efficiently. She was competent and knowledgeable. What a difference!! I'm really happy to see that they listened to constructive feedback and addressed the issues they were having that I mentioned in my last review. They leveled up! The entire experience almost felt like I was at a different office...in a good way. I can now highly recommend without reservation.
