Well T.O forgot to tighten my lug nuts I had 3 left holding my tire on and they weren't even hand tight. My husband lost his mind. T.O didn't know who worked on my truck because they don't file any paperwork. He told my husband that he couldn't promise that it wouldn't happen again but he couldn't.
