They did a beautiful job on her and gave us a little bit of closure we needed. Throughout the process of handling the cremation, burial of ashes, they were so incredibly patient & wonderful. You could not ask for a better staff than this one. Now that I'm working to get her headstone taken care of, they again have been amazing! Good luck getting that lump-sum out of a 70 year old woman on welfare and a mentally handicapped 25 year old. The business ethics of this place are abhorrent and no one should do business there.

Gary has the utmost integrity, excellent communication skills, and advised us on how we could eliminate or reduce some of the cost. Every communication either by phone or email was responded to if not on the same day, then no later than the next. Due to both my sister and I living CA & NV and for financial reasons we had arranged for an immediate burial. The guy running the service was about as sincere as a used car salesman. So the service this weekend was a pleasant surprise. The staff thought of, and prepared for, all kinds of eventualities which would never have occurred to me ahead of time (well, yeah, obviously they have lots of practice), but they carried off the whole event with an atmosphere of dignity, respect, and helpfulness which really helped to make a painful time go much more smoothly.
