They owned and sought direct assistance with Piano Disc and their player system where my CD player stopped working. The Floppy and their hard drive worked and just not the CD rom. Based on their troubleshooting, it is not a CD ROM drive issue but either a firmware, software, or board issue with the unit as it appears to be a common system with these player piano systems models that are no longer being manufactured. Their ownership and follow through was second to none. Even Timothy himself came twice to my home trying to resolve the issue.
