5 Stars for extremely responsive service that goes above and beyond. We got a recommendation from our lawn care buddies for Daniel's Company to help us fix a broken sprinkler head. Day 1) We reached out left a message for a callback. Day 2) They returned the call and we made an appt to meet on day 3. They gave us a likely price range which ended up being accurate. Day 3) They arrived on time and assessed the known issue. They ended up fixing the two broken sprinkler heads and then conducting a test of the overall sprinkler system to check for issues. They were done within an hour, the price was very resonable, and they gave us some advice based on their system check. AND, the following week they mailed us a postcard for 20% off our next service. I moved into a new house 4 years ago and had to completely rework our horrible "Frankenstein" irrigation system. I did quite a bit or research and Daniel's Company was the one with the best referrals/reputation. They fixed everything and more for a very reasonable price. The bonus is how great their service is: professional, clear communication, they show up when they say they will and do great quality work all around. We had them install a well last year and our water bill dropped to less than half (helpful as city water costs keep going up every year). As our lawncare needs evolved, they've come back to make adjustments and consistently deliver excellent results at a good price. I had the Daniels company install a well and pump for my irrigation system. My water bills have been running $250/mo or more using city water and I just couldn't do it anymore. They were in and out in a little over 4hrs, we're able to fix two broken values and my system is working perfectly! Can't say enough about Danny and his crew, I highly recommend them. read more

I had a number of irrigation and well issues in my recently purchased home. I had a few estimates, and while Daniel's Company had the highest estimate, I thought Danny really knew his stuff. While giving the estimate, he emphasized that the sprinkler system was guaranteed over the next two years, even on heads that they did not recommend replacing. The crew fixed all the issues and had the system in good shape. Fast forward a few months, and I had two heads that were not working properly. I emailed Danny to let him know of the issues. Within two days a crew member came to fix the problem. However, I was shocked when they handed me an invoice for $80, given Danny's previous guarantee. They claimed that the head was damaged, likely run over by a car or lawn mower, and that was not covered. While that may be reasonable, they charge you a $65 service fee just for coming out. We ended up compromising on the fee after a conversation, but I was lead to believe it would be included -- that's why I went with them even though it was the highest estimate. Given the confusion around if something would be covered or not (it is minimum $80 if they deem it is not covered), I would be cautious on hiring them again. read more
