Early this year, I spent about 2 years on a medical mystery, with one of my ailments being diagnosed as fibromyalgia. I tried everything, but nothing took the pain from me for a long time. I was on strong anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxers (neither really worked, but I kept taking them). I never even thought of going to a chiropractor until I heard him speak. I have been going for a few months now, and I am feeling amazingly pain-free. I am off of all medications for my aches and pains. I no longer visit my rheumatologist frequently- I am down to an annual visit. Dr. Klein is amazing at what he does and is very informative; I know about everything he is doing and why I was having pain. He is one of the kindest people I know as well. It's just very inappropriate & unprofessional to take advantage of ppl in a vulnerable state like that-- we're in pain and we can't think straight, then suddenly they're pushing their products down your throat and not in a subtle way. Arthur also said to me day 1 that I could pay up front for their package which would've been about $700 without him even having touched my spine!!! That's plainly & simply a ripoff and once again, it's taking advantage of ppl who are not at their best. I'm sorry, he's a nice guy, but he's frail himself and not at all good at what he does. The office is entirely unsanitary…read more There are no sinks in the rooms for hand washing, and I have witnessed multiple times that the doctor does not use the hand sanitizer from the dispenser between rooms going from patient to patient. There is an electrical stimulation machine where pads are placed directly on skin, and the pads are not replaced at the beginning or end of the treatment. The treatment beds/tables are also not sanitized between patients, especially crucial during the summer months when more skin is exposed. One of the two receptionists (not Denise, she is wonderful) is not friendly or helpful. Dr. Chorney is friendly and personable, however I do not recommend this practice.
