The reason I put finished in quotes is because I told him he was through. there was paint everywhere! on my floors, plantation shutters, crown molding, fixtures, light switches,you name it. his solution was to get it up with acetone! i hired a guy to try to fix it. He re-cut all the house and is now working on painting the trim (some of which required 2 coats because it had so much paint on it). he's also going to have to put a second coat on a couple of the rooms. For some reason, it looks like they thinned out the paint ! I can't express how upset and disappointed I am with the job. Zach admitted that mine was the first house he had done. The worst part is, he thought he did a good job. I have pictures I can share. Maybe he's good at something else, but I would never recommend him as a painter.

The gutters on one of my rental properties has been needing repair work for some time. Between a contractor that ran his truck into one of the downspouts and the constant clogging of the open air gutters that have accumulated so much debris that long branches of plant growth had taken form in many parts of the roofline gutters. I was in a bit of a bind in trying to secure good quality work in short order, knowing that there would be upcoming rain, pests that take advantage of clogged drainage, and someone that was well versed and expedient in the trade. That said, I came across "Brothers Gutters" based on the one review on Yelp. Which is a shame given all that I mentioned above. When I gave a call, they answered right away and visited the property to assess what was needed and give me a quote for materials and labor. It is a rental property, and unlike many landlords, if you view and treat your properties as though they were your own personal home, you will find golden tenants to live within them. Texted me again when they were in their way. Showed up gave me a reasonable $$. When I asked when they could actually do the work, he said right now.
