we just had Window Genie install our permanent RGB lights. Window Genie has helped me with a number of things over the years and I've been very happy with the quality of work and customer service.

Do not use Window Genie at all. They have no showed twice, did not order the right product. Did not install the product correctly it bubbled almost three feet. Manager said they would come out today 8-10, did not call till almost 1 and once here. Said there was nothing they could do for me missing two half days of work. Wanted to reapply the bubbled section. This went on over three weeks...... read more

I could've definitely done a better job myself. I probably should've stood there and watched everything but basically most window sills had water stains (could've been prevented from wiping with a dry towel) and left a few dirty towels inside and outside the house. I ended up having to go around and clean the sills and smudges myself after. read more

They are OK for window cleaning, but do a terrible job at cleaning you house. Worse yet...you can tell them in person what you want cleaned (other than windows) and they will say nothing...and not do what you asked. When you call to complain, they tell you that "they do not clean decks or the screens on them. I don't trust them and will never use them again. read more

I knew I had difficult to clean gutters, the local handyman did not want the job. I called Window Genie to clean for me, as their site listed gutter cleaning as a specialty. After 2 tries and $119 my gutters are still clogged and not draining. It appears they are not equipped with the tools and expertise necessary to complete the job. read more

This company did a nice job for us 2 years ago but we had a terrible experience this past week. Dirty water dripped on the carpet, screens not reinstalled and a dirty one left on the carpet. We had contracted to have a chandelier cleaned and the technician was unable to do it. I wrote the co-owner an email, giving her a chance to correct the problem but they offered no apology and had no other technicians to come clean the chandelier? We won't be using them again. read more
