I would always meet friends here, and we would check out books and shows together. The building, really is what Washburn is. Brownstone! That doesn't sound like much, but much of Washburn, in the olden days, was all about brownstone. The building is really pretty and has been there forever. As for the books.. there used to be a selection that I enjoyed, I'm not sure if that remains the same!

The library in Washburn was pretty decent, but this one is bigger and has a much bigger/better selection! The library is free and perfect for kids and teenagers that don't have much to do during their days off from school, like in the summer!
