During the signup process, I never felt conned or manipulated. They explained the prices and what the membership offered, but it was never a sales pitch. I know enough people to be on a nodding/fist bump relationship, and for those I don't there's warm fellowship/ community atmosphere there. The owner is one of the certified trainers, and is always greeting people and introducing himself to new faces. The music they play is mostly Christian, and any secular music is always inoffensive. The only complaint I have about the music, is that I wish they played more music from my high school years like DC Talk and the Newsboys. I've been a member of a few gyms over the years, but this is my favorite one by far. If you are looking for a gym, then this is a great place to join. God bless.

The minute I stepped in, the trainers knew my name and helped me. If there was something I wasn't able to do, one of the trainers made sure I got modifications. I love how each time I attend class, it's different. I always feel challenged, but not frustrated because everyone is always encouraging. At $45 a week, F45 seems pretty pricey. However, I believe that it is worth investing in myself. Besides, I spend more than $45 a week on Starbucks -- why can't I put that money in something more enjoyable and beneficial to my health? Instead of asking if F45 is worth the price, ask yourself if you're worth it. I would gladly give up all my vices to be able to keep attending sessions at F45. Great place, great people!

Today I feel very strong and optimistic. I am 8 months pregnant and still going regularly. Not planning to quit working out with a trainer even with my baby coming soon. Trainers are very professional and able to adjust exercises as they fit best for your body. They are very flexible to adapt with your schedule. Prices are very reasonable compared with other trainers. It is the best investment you can do to your body. Gym is always clean and organized. It feels very private at all times. However, the facility is new and clean, and has plenty of equipment. The trainers that I've met all seem friendly and competent, and it looks like they're doing a thorough job with clients during the times that I've been at Kinex for boot camp. I started going to their boot camp classes soon after Kinex opened. Sam and Jordan have done a pretty great job with the classes the entire time, and it doesn't matter if only two people show up or 15 show up - all the classes have been great. They have a good mix of workouts, and it doesn't feel like there are a lot of repeats, even week to week. They focus heavily on core workouts, and my abs/obliques always feel great after a class. Sam and Jordan do a good keep the classes fun and talk and joke with the participants. They usually have some kind of music playing to help distract you from the hard work you're doing. If you're looking for a boot camp class, I can definitely recommend the ones at Kinex.

The workouts are tough and you always leave feeling better and stronger. It is a combination of Cross Fit exercises and strength training. There are many class times available beginning at 5am Monday thru Friday. Ross is honest, knowledgeable and he really cares about all his clients and everyone in the classes. He will not let you slack and he will push you because he believes in you.
