I've never actually done any training at Kinex other than the Tues/Thurs Evening and Saturday morning bootcamp classes, so this review won't cover any of that. However, the facility is new and clean, and has plenty of equipment. The trainers that I've met all seem friendly and competent, and it looks like they're doing a thorough job with clients during the times that I've been at Kinex for boot camp. I started going to their boot camp classes soon after Kinex opened. Sam and Jordan have done a pretty great job with the classes the entire time, and it doesn't matter if only two people show up or 15 show up - all the classes have been great. They have a good mix of workouts, and it doesn't feel like there are a lot of repeats, even week to week. They focus heavily on core workouts, and my abs/obliques always feel great after a class. Sam and Jordan do a good keep the classes fun and talk and joke with the participants. They usually have some kind of music playing to help distract you from the hard work you're doing. If you're looking for a boot camp class, I can definitely recommend the ones at Kinex.

Only states the 8 hour cancellation policy. I was unable to attend due to getting sick, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping and didn't provide clear explanations or solutions. This lack of communication and follow-through has left me frustrated and I won't be returning. Very poor service. Please don't sign up for a free class and then life happens . I love Terence and his awesome staff!…read more My work put me in charge of finding a company that would offer us a corporate fitness plan, and after meeting and talking to Terence at the high school track where we run, and where he was training kids on football drills, and after other extensive research, I recommended TD3 Fitness. We contracted with them to come out and work with us at work by offering two boot camp workouts a week, plus a Lunch and Learn class once a week. And it's been fantastic! They offer different classes, including dance, and Zumba and the like, but we chose a boot camp type class, as we have some guys who don't necessarily want to do Zumba. We've done one pure cardio kickboxing class that everyone enjoyed, and the rest of the classes have been either a mix of strength training and cardio, or just strength training. We typically work out at the park near my job, but last week had to go to the gym because of the rain. And it was good, because he had a lot more equipment for us to use. Although, when we did drop sets at the park with just kettle bells and our body weight, we got a work out for real! Ariane teaches us one a week, and Terence teaches the other, plus he does the Lunch and Learn. We chose "Nutrition for Life" as we are doing a weight loss challenge at work and this ties in well. This isn't a big box gym that you can work out in every day. This is a small gym that offers personal training and small group workouts, plus corporate fitness. But Terence knows his stuff (he used to play in the NFL and also does corporate fitness for a lot bigger companies that ours), and will motivate you without being a jerk. he's tough, but it's tough love. He wants you to succeed and each your fitness goals, no matter how small, or how lofty. Ariane as well is a great instructor and will push you farther than you thought you could go. She won't let you quit, even though that last mountain climber hurts! I would definitely recommend TD3 Fitness! It's a great place with fantastic people. I think it's reasonable, but of course I just have experience with the corporate plan for our small company. I hope they continue it, but if not I would NOT hesitate to come here for personal training! The place may not look like much from the outside, but inside? I think magic happens here!
