They also offer package deals if you want to go out a few more times but don't have the money or the space to commit to owning your own. Safety Harbor also seems like the best location for me because there are less waves, boats and people to have to contend with, and plenty of life in the mangroves to enjoy. If you want to people watch and enjoy some waves then you're probably going to be happier at the two Clearwater locations.

On the phone they told me to go to the concession or to these two trailers in the parking lot. There was no one by the trailer so we go to the concession and the guy seemed kinda off put by the fact that we were there and didn't seem to of known we were coming. He opens up the trailer and fishes out two beach cruisers and we had to tell him we paid for three and he then proceeded to tell us that he didn't have another one but he had a mountain bike. We were like okay? He pulls out this rusty mountain bike that looked like it was on its last leg and that's when we just had to say we needed a refund because that is not what we paid for. They told us to text the number we had called them on a picture of our confirmation and that we were requesting a refund. Hopefully we will get our money back. Do not recommend. Maybe if they had bikes that actually worked and also something so simple as a sign letting you know where to go that advertised their services they would make some more money.

The brand of apparel stuff is also very surfer-esque- Hurley, Roxy, Reef, Sun Bum and more. The workers were young but really friendly and gave us some local food & coffee recommendations. The one girl even said her mom worked at the shop when she was the same age and that's pretty cool. There are some pictures & trophies on the stairs from surfing competitions I assumed employees of the shop participated in or sponsored. I also loved the giant flip flops sitting out front- if you visit or have visited you know exactly what I'm talking about. They have a basketball hoop on the side of the ship and a ball out front you can shoot with. A car parked right in front of the hoop which was lame so we didn't get the chance to try it out this time. Definitely a good stop for all the beach things and will be back!

Captain Andrew was awesome - he was so down to earth, fun, and witty. The weather was cloudy and we had bits of sunshine, but Captain Andrew made sure we had a great time nonetheless! We even saw a few dolphins along the way and the gulf was beautiful. He takes you to an area where you will be safe from other boaters to freely paddle. Oh AND he takes great photos and will send you a link to have easy access to your fun memories. He even made me a fun memento on a sand dollar to capture the weekend - so thoughtful! 10/10 recommend!!

We got a nice tour passing by a mangrove and by the time we reached under the bridge where the catfish live, it was dark enough for our LED lights to illuminate the water so we could see and feed the catfish. Then it was a nice paddle back to shore. This is the perfect date night activity, whether you're beginners or have done it before. Only 2 people max can be in the same kayak as long as they are under the weight limit, so if you come in odd numbered parties, someone will have to be fine with kayaking alone.

Prior to the trip, I attempted multiple times to contact the company with questions through email, text, and Facebook messages. There was no way to leave a voicemail, and despite messages clearly being read, I received no response. Then, just four hours before the scheduled trip, a generic automated email was sent canceling the experience and instructing customers to request a refund. After that, communication again became nonexistent. I received no response regarding next steps for the refund despite repeated outreach. Unfortunately, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank to recover the payment for a service that was never rendered. Weather cancellations are understandable -- poor communication and lack of customer support are not.
