Ahhhhhhhh mazing!! From the initial contact with Fly N high our booking for parasailing and Jet skiing was confirmed. We drove up to St. Petersburg for a weekend concert. Prior we wanted to play in the water a bit. The staff is organized, friendly, and super chill. This is where you want to spend your time and money. The parasailing had to be rescheduled due to weather which was fine, no hassle refund. We were able to jet ski and it's was amazing for my first time. We will be back to parasailing. I wish I had chosen this location for jet skiing but I literally chose the first place I passed on the boardwalk. I continued on my excursion mission and landed at the Fly-n-High location. The pricing is clear and spelled out. Andy asked great questions to ensure parasailing would be fun for everyone. He was patient and explained the process to my kid who was crazy scared. Once the excursion started, we were with Captain Billy and Will. These young men were very professional and made the hour on the water fun. You don't need a locker because there is storage on the boat. And you don't need a swimsuit. Non-alcohol, bottled drinks are allowed on the boat. read more

We're from Orlando and just wanted to get away for a few days, I've never ridden a jet ski and figured it was the perfect chance to try. I found Fly n High on Google and read reviews and decided to book for Saturday morning. We had 2 jet skis for 2 hours and it's the most fun I've ever had on the water. The guys were very professional but not so much that it was like a tourist trap. Very personable and made you comfortable, the instructor walked us through the operation on the jet skis and where we could go and needed to stay away from. Anytime we are getting away and coming to the beach, we will be going by and seeing the guys to rent jet skis. My only recommendation to anyone renting them is this. We two women going through a quasi-mid-life-crisis found the staff at this watersports rental desk to be genuinely cheerful, knowledgeable about their products, efficient with their communication, and actually helpful through our nervous drama! We arrived on a Friday late morning in mid-July without an appointment. All the Help Desk gentlemen were quite cordial about our audacity/insanity arriving at that hour of the day without a pre-booking. After patiently walking us through each step of the later-in-the-day appointment timeslot, they even offered suggestions for what to do in the immediate area. And weren't even condescending with vapid misogynistic suggestions like, "well, you could go shopping." Indeed NOT! They gave actual names of other venues and what their attraction offered within the timeframe we had available. When it was time to jump in, those gentlemen, too, we genuinely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable about their equipment and environment. As Millennials do, the Safety Talk was too fast, but when asked for a clarification, there was true pleasantry in their demeanor and tone. Methinks, like flight staff, they were pleased to learn they were actually being listened to! The equipment was efficient and worked as expected. Life vests were just gray and black (i.e. nothing *Instagram-worthy* ) Meanwhile, my very large "personal flotation devices" were able to be accommodated in a life vest without embarrassment; their focus was truly on my safety, I felt throughout the entire process. We quite enjoyed the friendly conversation the dock gentlemen kept up with us as we waited for our late predecessor to arrive. Too often, a situation like this has caused the staff to ignore their guests and talk to just each other in agitation. I'm gleeful this wasn't the situation here. When our vessels arrived and were returned, the dock staff stayed with us, offered helping hands, and using clear and visual directions. I've. It much to write about the prices; they're industry average. We didn't see any Groupons or anything in advance. We are now past our nerves and interested in parasailing now! Given the level of safety checks, cleanliness, and cordiality of the entire staff (not even one referred to my adult female friend and I as "guys", always "alright, ladies?" etc), we will definitely consider returning here first. read more

We had a great time! This was my first time on a jet ski and it was a blast! The team who took care of us were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was afraid to take the boating test, but it's pretty easy as long as you read the hand out they provide. If you book online, ensure you read the instructions on who needs to take the test. We have rented jet skis / wave runners from other area locations, and this has by far been the best experience. They were super friendly, had great equipment, and were one of the cheapest around. We paid as much for 2 hours on each of our skis that some places charge for one hour. The staff here were very chill, yet also very friendly and informative. They have free lockers to keep your items in, and offer free waterproof boxes to keep small items (such as a phone) in. There is also a good sized compartment to store stuff. Parking looks like it's free if you park directly in front of the shop, but we had to park across the street in a pay-lot. That cost $15 for three hours. We weren't especially thrilled about that, but it's to be expected in beach towns. We plan on renting from them again next time! read more

My family and I traveled to Madeira Beach for the first time this summer. We were left with a lot of the "What about going to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, Lego Land." I wasn't about to spend hours waiting in line in 90 degree weather to do something we already have done. We searched Trip Advisor and Fly-N-High was one of the choices to do something new and fun for us. After reading the reviews and searching other companies we are glad we chose these guys. Their online booking was a breeze! They are located in this quaint little shop like town. The only problem was there wasn't any FREE parking. No big deal, there's a pay lot across the street. My 12 yo, 15 yo and my mister decided to do the jet ski. My 11 yo was sandwiched between the two. They got to go under the bridge and into the gulf for a full hour. Prior to that they got life jackets and a lesson on the what and where to go. They guys are super nice and very personable. They even let me go on the dock and take lots of pictures. Would definitely do again when we come back and when the kids are older and they can drive their own jet ski. read more

We always use this outfit every summer! Three times this last summer! We can wait for next summer to go it again! The equipment is always well maintained! I am going to have to start wearing a GoPro when I go out because the things that I see are just amazing! This year a stingray jumped out of the water right in front of me. And on that same day about 15 minutes later a dolphin jumped fully out of the water in front of me. 3 years ago a sea turtle surfaced beside me looked at me for about 30 seconds and then went back down. One thing I have learned to do is to slow down out on the ocean when I'm on these things and not spend all my time trying to go fast. When you slow down the sea life likes to come check you out. Enjoy your time! But stay away from the inland side it's a total waste and the cops pull you over every chance they get! Trust me I know! read more

So great!! We pre booked 3 jet skis online for Tuesday morning, and my mom hurt her shoulder the night before we were supposed to go. I called that morning to see if by chance there was any way I could get a refund on the third jet ski even though I knew they had a 24 cancellation policy, and without any hesitation Nate said no problem. Wonderful customer service! I thought I would for sure just be out of luck, but he refunded it with no question. Nate and Cameron were great when we got there and quickly/thoroughly got us out on the water. We had so much fun and saw a couple of dolphins right next to us!
