Why is it every time I go into a Pawn Shop in need of money, they tell me "I don't want to do that…read moreto you." What do they mean by that? I went in intent in selling some of my items for cash so I can get some very much needed things. But because the offer was $10 and not $15 for one of my items, they almost made me leave without being able to sell it. That is NO HELP at all. I almost had to raise my voice to let them know I was happy with the $10 and I don't anyone deciding if a price is too low for me to accept it. I am disabled, and struggling a bit right now. What good is it to go a pawn shop if they won't do business with you because they feel the price is too low for you to accept? Maybe let the customer decide what price is good for their own items, don't turn them away because you decide for them that it isn't worth their time or effort. How was going to be able to get what I needed f I wouldn't have been able to sell my items? A 48megapixal camera, in very good shape, but missing the lens cap and case. They offered $10 plus a bit more for other items, but only AFTER I raised my voice a bit to make it clear I needed the money more than the items I was selling. Why is this world full of such nonsense?

I'm not against pawn shops but when you keep buying from the same person who's family has come down looking for their goods on several occasions isn't a great business practice. I mean, you usually take a drivers license or ID for transactions, how hard is it to not from certain people
