What sets them apart is their personal touch. Recently they called me to say they had found a gown, two dresses, blouses, and three sport coats that I had forgotten I had ever dropped off. The owner personally took the time to drive the garments to my home. I can't thank Cleaners Plus enough for their continued professionalism and consistant extraordinary value in all they do. As a business owner I have been in this situation before where I have honored the misquoted price. Very mean and unprofessional on the owners part! The owner told me that they are normally closed on Sundays , but since I was a bride, he wanted to make sure that he could devote attention to only my dress. I was very appreciative and we confirmed my appointment for June 7th. I called on Monday June 1st to confirm my appointment since i had my aunts traveling from NY to be apart of my fitting and see my dress. i spoke to the owner again and he confirmed my appointment for Sunday. I arrived at the place on Sunday June 7th and the door was locked and the lights were off. I called the shops number multiple times with no answer and also called the owners cell number that he listed on his business card. I had to call his cell MULTIPLE times before getting an answer, all while standing on the side walk with my family and my wedding dresses in our hands. When he finally picked up the phone, he explained that he wasn't even in the state! Apparently he was in NY on his way to pick up suits. There was no remorse on his end for completely leaving me high and dry. All he said was "i didnt have an appointment for you. You know, life happens". Absolutely horrible experience. How on earth can you confirm an appointment with someone and then tell them days later that they never had an appointment? Horrible way to run a business. I understand that mistakes happen but he literally had no remorse for the fact that i was standing on the sidewalk with my family and wedding dresses waiting for HIM! My aunts drove over 3 hours to support me at this fitting and I felt absolutely terrible. Needless to say, ill never book anything here or recommend them to anyone

Linda took it on - to replace it by removing the trim and getting more tulle and re sewing the trim back on - so it would look the same. She got it back to us, pressed and ready to go with 2 days to spare and I was in such a panic!!! She was very good to me! And did not charge us very much! And we hadn't purchased it from her. A younger gentleman named Andy came out, I told him what I was looking for. He started on the clearance rack (surprisingly) but I did not like the cut of what he had in my size. His boss (Nina?) walked over and said Calvin Klein is on sale and it had the slimmer fit I was looking for. While we waited, the place got mobbed with kids coming in for prom tuxes. Andy did not venture off, he stayed with me. Helped me find what I needed and I was comfortable with. Nina weighed in and offered some alterations. They weren't pushy, they were funny and professional. A super nice experience all around.

I would probably opt to hem my next dress with her a little bit shorter, this was still a little bit long on me.
