The best thing about this establishment is that it is fully stocked with inventory and accessories and alterations, if needed, are done upon pickup to insure the proper fit and look you desire. They also have an on premises seamstress who will alter your garments to your liking. My spouse had a dress altered with the hem and straps altered to make the dress look fabulous. They do take appointments and this a good idea since it was quite busy when we were there. You get great quality, service and a competitive pricing.'

A younger gentleman named Andy came out, I told him what I was looking for. He started on the clearance rack (surprisingly) but I did not like the cut of what he had in my size. His boss (Nina?) walked over and said Calvin Klein is on sale and it had the slimmer fit I was looking for. While we waited, the place got mobbed with kids coming in for prom tuxes. Andy did not venture off, he stayed with me. Helped me find what I needed and I was comfortable with. Nina weighed in and offered some alterations. All the machines were fantastic, but I ran into issues with the company coming to pick it up. I rented a community center for our party, so we had to be out of there by Sunday. It's Monday morning and the equipment is still at the community center. I was told they would be there by 6-7pm on Sunday and I waited but they were a no call-no show. I'd like to mention that I originally ordered a nacho cheese machine but I couldn't find the proper bag of cheese to fit it. I called an explained this to them and they were gracious enough to take it off my order even though it was less than 24 hours before the party. That is when I asked if I could get the popcorn machine and cart and pay the $50. difference. Again, graciously they accommodated me. My only issue is the pickup of said equipment. I spend over $600 and made sure to pay the delivery/pickup fee as well so that I could insure the fact that I would be out of the rented facility. When I called them on Sunday to ask when the items would be picked up, they originally said Monday or Tuesday. I expressed my need to vacate the premises on Sunday and that is when I was told 6 or 7 that evening. Finally, they called this morning. Not only did the woman on the phone have an attitude, but she threw in my face that I altered the contract. Yes I did but they allowed it, and made more money from the switch. My advice to people, do not rely on their pickup services. You will be stuck with fees from a hall rental because they are not in the business for timely pickup.

Instead of apologies and maybe refund they claim they did nothing wrong ..... poor business practices all around .... think twice before using this outfit

Basically, theirs is the Gillette business model where the handle is free but don't ask about the cost of the blades. The suit looks great, the service was professional and I'm not stuck with five extra suits from Italian designers that I've never heard of. Ginzo Jabroni just doesn't ring a bell. Five easy stars for Chaz.
