He was so helpful with retrieving luggage, immediately taking us to the van parked out front of the airport, loading the luggage so it would be safe for passengers in the car. Berk was also very patient with us as we had to install a car seat for our baby girl. It was late when our flight arrived and we had not eaten (not realizing that Panama City Beach airport is a smaller airport so restaurants close a bit earlier).
