I suggest taking down the barber pole and changing your name to Plymouth Bay Salon. Not in any way like the old school barber I remember from years past. The world has changed and customer service as well as business acumen is nearly extinct.

He did an excellent job -- beard and hair both trimmed close, neat, and perfectly shaped. Joey has a great attitude, full of energy and enthusiasm, and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does.
