My therapist's attention was extremely diverted when I went there, working with multiple patients and leaving me alone to do exercises a lot of the time, so I assume the poor guy was at least double booked. I imagine when you go there for care your therapist will probably not be giving you 1 on 1 attention most of the time either.

When I started, I had the odd request of having my coach be involved in my care. Jackie has pushed me to tackle some challenging movements that I didn't think were ever going to be possible with the extent of my injury.
