Cuban Breakfast: A really hearty way to start the day. I love the big blocks of crisped squeaky cheese. The hot dog like sausages were fun too. Beef Meal: It felt ropa vieja adjacent with the slow cooked shredded beef and peppers and onions. Though it wasn't as bright without the different types of peppers. I got mine with moros, black beans and rice mixed together. The lady also gave me some gravy, from the beef stew, on top of the rice. I chose a side of macaroni salad. It was such a delicious lunch and (leftover) dinner! The beef itself was packed with flavor and so tender. Beef Stew: More like pot roast than the other stringy beef meal. Despite the sandwich artist needing to go into three separate coolers outside of the normal display to get our requested sauces and cheeses, she hooked us up with quite possibly the largest sandwiches I've ever see in my life. She was in no rush to move along the line of 10 people that had formed behind us during the 10 min we waited for her to assemble our order, but I have zero complaints because they were the perfect snack for our subsequent 5 hour plane ride!!

Fred took it upon himself, on his own time, to come to my home and deliver 2 bunches of Lillie's with a thoughtful and lovely get well card. I was truly touched. He went above and beyond.
