They're claiming "unable to accommodate", yet they didn't tell me that Wed. when I scheduled the trip as Pat Sanders told me to do along with my trip made Thursday. If the bus was full then, why wasn't I told then? The stuff they're doing doesn't make sense; certain people are accommodated it seems to me. What's going on here? You all need to look at the paperwork for them. This is why I indicated the things I did on the survey you all sent me; problems here BIG TIME. How do people trying to work meet their work schedule if the public transportation in the area demand you move to their schedule or you have no way if dependent upon them?

He made sure to drive us to all our locations, and gave us a guided tour along the way! Kurt also told us the local dining spots to eat at, and not one disappointed!!! When we had a bad time at Busch Gardens, Kurt told us to go to Jamestown, and we had the best time there! Meeting Kurt was the best thing to happen to my family on our vacation! Accessible seating is crucial for many passengers and is required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We expected the bus company to do a better job of accommodating riders with disabilities, but instead we were left behind without a good solution. The bus driver didn't even ask anyone to move. This experience made us feel that accessibility was not being taken seriously. I hope the company improves its planning, communication, and availability of ADA-accessible seating so passengers who need these accommodations can travel without facing unnecessary barriers or inconvenience.

I docked a star because the schedule feels very inconsistent and there is no way to track when a trolley is coming. A daily route schedule or even a tracking feature on the app would make a lot of sense. It would also be best from an accessibility standpoint to eliminate unnecessary standing and waiting at the pick up spots. Speaking of which, the signage is pretty limited. The signs are not eye and maybe are hidden or covered by trees. Having a dedicated trolley lane makes it easier to indicate that you're waiting to be picked up but it was still unnecessarily difficult as first time riders to figure out where to stand. All of the drivers we encountered were pleasant and friendly, and the trolleys were clean with options for air conditioned seating or a fresh breeze if you sit towards the back. I live in MD and Last minute on the day of a dear friends mothers funeral I realized I hadn't sent the memorial gift that I had wanted to send him due to my busy schedule and being under the weather! I was calling all the local florist in the area and none would deliver the day of. Also some of the so called big names wanted to charge me an arm and a leg plus they could not guarantee an on time delivery time. Last minute I thought to google couriers to see if I would have any luck. Gerald answered on the other line very bubbly and bright mind you it was before 8 am on a Saturday. Not only did he agree to assist me, he recommended a great florist, he also gave me ideas on how to package it the exact way I wanted to do it. Then he communicated to me several times make sure I was able to get everything squared away. As we only had a small window of about 2 hours get everything done before the florist closed. Then he went and picked up everything from the florist and another store. He sent photos of everything in his office and sat and baby sat the package, for a few hours, as the place to be delivered wouldn't open until 2 pm. He delivered the package before the family arrived and viola he made me look like the good friend that I am without a hitch. His prices were way more reasonable than the big wigs so of course I left a tip. His customer service and courtesy was amazing. His knowledge of the area and recommendations were spot on. He was trusting and eased all of my worries by answering all of my questions and more. As another small business owner to another I really appreciate you for being there in my time of need. We opted instead to take the scenic Colonial Parkway drive and perhaps catch some views over the river. We lucked out and found a free ferry that crossed the river just as the sun was setting. The storm couldn't hold back the sunset no matter how hard it tried and the ferry offered us the best views. In the end we got our sunset cruise and it didn't cost us a cent.
