My husband and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a historical hotel, but has been well maintained. We enjoyed the original woodwork and architectural features.
The staff at the desk was helpful, spoke English, and was quite willing to answer questions. Our room was spacious and very clean. We did find the room somewhat warm at night, but the windows could be opened for fresh air. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. The location is convenient. We could easily walk to most places in town, including the lake, and was just across the street from the train station. The buffet breakfast was very good, with many healthy, delicious options. We enjoyed coffee and sweets in the afternoon in their beautiful cafe. We had a wonderful experience here and, if ever traveling in this area again, would definitely stay here again. read more
