People here are super helpful and friendly The items are very on track with what is happening whether it is homecoming, family weekend or start of school. read more

No one answers the phone here and it is impossible to get information about your order. Then, when I finally did get ahold of someone they were really rude. Worst customer service. read more

Came up for family day at Baylor and wanted to spend some money at the bookstore after the game, but trying to find some men's shirts was quite the task at this poorly organized store. Maybe just have a men's section, a women's section and a kid's section so people can find their $150 shirts with ease. Is there a business school at Baylor? Can they take over running the store please? Stop making the customer work so hard to give you money. read more

I love the Baylor bookstore! Open late Friday evening for Homecoming, the place was jam packed with visiting families loading up on souvenirs before the big game! My favorite area is the Apple area! I love all things Apple and they have everything here for your Apple needs that's for sure! Their book selection here is really good! Plenty of Christian literature and biographies; I found myself a comfortable chair and read away! I was good though I only bought a coffee cup! My wife loved the free laundry bags they were giving away! They also had book signings going on throughout the day with notable Baylor alumni manning the tables! All in all a great place to hang out to avoid the steady rain that we experienced this weekend! As we stepped out the door we saw the newly dedicated Rosenbalm fountain all bathed in green! I feel pretty silly writing a review about the baylor (baylor doesn't deserve capitalization I'm so frustrated with them) online bookstore on a Yelp page, but what the hell, I'm kinda pissed and I want the world to know it. I also figure that I wont get any sort of response, because their customer service thus far has been pretty dismal. What a cute, sad word, dismal. Anyway, I ordered a shirt for my brother for Christmas. Christmas. This was like 2 weeks before Christmas. It said it should come BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Come Christmas I write them a nice e-mail saying that I'm kinda disappointed, because they specified that it would come in time for Christmas. I get that things are busy during the holiday season, and I would have been fine with it coming later. But the email said estimated arrival was before Christmas. Woopty doo. So about 2 weeks AFTER Christmas, no response to the e-mail, no shipment e-mail. Nothing. So I call them. The guy isn't very helpful. He says "oh yea, I see you ordered it. I don't know when it'll come." That's it? Yep, that's it. No "sorry" or explanation. That's all I got. I got the package today. More than a month late. Stupid baylor Online Bookstore. Decided to stop by while visiting Waco. We came in for my mom because loves to collect college penants to hang in her classroom. We were blown away walking into the bookstore - they have EVERYTHING. Need a grill set? a new designer hand bag? pajamas? You can get all that here - all emblazoned with Baylor's logo. Great place to pick up some great items to show your school spirit. read more

Do you need some Baylor Kit? This is the place. Missing some odds and ends, maybe some affordability...but it has EVERYTHING.

I purchased some school supplies online a few weeks ago, and when it came in the mail there were several mistakes. 2 items were different from what I had ordered, and I had been charged for the more expensive items. A further two items were just outright missing. When I went to the bookstore to make the necessary exchanges, I was initially greeted with helpful service. When I was directed to the person who had filled my package, I was told that it was "impossible" that she had made any mistakes. She accused me of lying, therefore indirectly accusing me of attempting to steal as I stood there with receipt packet in hand. Then she told me and the other coworker beside her that this was all "senseless". She repeated this last word quite a few times. Then she grabbed the item that I told her was missing, shoved it into my hands, and walked away. Needless to say, I left the bookstore slightly miffed. This particular worker's attitude was not a very pleasant one, though I had no problems with the other workers. read more

I really had better from a bookstore. I experienced so many problems with the bookstore that I don't want to even get my books from over there. Some of the problems were being misled and unprofessionalism by multiple workers. In fact, I rather get my books online instead of getting them at the bookstore if I have a chance to. No matter, I suggest getting books online because it is cheaper and you don't have to deal with the hassle at the bookstore. read more

At first all was great. I got my first part of the order from the bookstore delievered promptly to my mailbox. I ordered it before at the beginning of the month in december. I thought that would be plenty of time to get it in for the holidays. It has been almost three months and i still do not have my completed order yet. One more week and it will be four months still waiting. I contacted tham. They gave me no answer as to when to expect it. I am used to businesses letting me know why there is a delay and an expectation as to when I will recieve it. Im doubting I will ever do business here again. If you expect your order within a reasonable time, this is not the place for that. If you expect communication in regards to your order, this is not the place either. read more
