Excellent therapists who are knowledgeable and thorough with positive attitudes and who challenge & push me to reach my full potential and physical capability. I'm given new exercises at almost each session, and they always follow up to make sure my pain is manageable and that I'm doing my exercises at home. The techs and front desk staff are wonderful as well. They're friendly, professional, respectful, and encouraging. Overall, the staff work well as a team and as individuals. They always take good care of me and go above and beyond. No one is watching the clock to make sure I'm rushed out of there by the one-hour mark. In fact, 99% of the time I'm in there longer because they want to make sure my treatment is fully completed. Facility is organized and neat, easy to find, and there's always good parking. God willing, I won't have to go back to PT for any other injuries after my treatment is over, but if I have to, I'd definitely return here. I'd also highly recommend to friends and family. I always looked forward to my visits there and left in a happy and uplifted mood, feeling as if my shoulder was in better shape than when I arrived that day. The billing is done by Texas Surgical Hospital (in Plano) which has more complaints about their billing practices. I will certainly post there as well.

Joints in Motion is, far and away, the best physical therapy provider that I have ever used. I have been working with Eric at Joints in Motion for the last 3 months as I recover from rotator cuff surgery and cannot say enough positive about the experience. Rotator cuff surgery recovery is not fun, but Joints in Motion has made things immeasurably better. There are several things that set Joints in Motion apart from other therapy places where I have gone. First, it is clear during each of my sessions that there is a plan in place for my therapy. Unlike other places I have gone, I have never found myself standing around waiting for a therapist to figure out what I should be doing or waiting between exercises because a therapist is tending to another patient. It is clear that they respect my time and prioritize maximizing my progress without unnecessarily wasting my time. Second, Eric is great about explaining what I'm doing, how it helps, what my progress looks like, and giving advice on things that I can do at home. I have a bad tendency to be a control freak which invariably causes me to ask lots of questions. Eric has always patiently answered them fully in a way that is understandable to a layperson. Third, the facility itself is well-equipped and a really good size. I did not appreciate how important that space issue was until I went to Joints in Motion. At other therapy places where I have been, it was often hard to work around other patients who were operating close by. At Joints in Motion, there is plenty of space to spread out so that patients don't impede one another during a therapy session. I live less than 5 minutes from another physical therapy provider, but it is a no-brainer that, despite it being a 25-minute drive from my house to Joints in Motion, that the extra drive well be well-worth it the next time I manage to injure myself.
