I kinda considered it an emergency but they said they couldn't fit me in until June 5th. so I found another dentist that would get me in faster, so I asked for my x rays when I talked to Christy on the phone. She was like sure you can stop by and sign a wavier for them to be email my x rays to the dentist that did make me a priority. But when I go to the office to sign the release Christy then tells me I have to pay 168.00 to get records but she failed to tell me this on the phone. This Was around lunch time. So I leave their office without x rays in hand. so then my phone rings and Christy leaves me a voicemail stating that they could get me in at 4. Keep in mind this is at like 3:30. they told me first I needed a root canal n then when they called to squeeze me in they wanted to pull the tooth. This whole time I'm in pain just trying to get my tooth taken care of. 1st a the last time I'll ever go there. Avoided making an appointment at all cost, then a close family friend recommended me to the AG Family Dentistry. Dr. Gupta made my experience so amazing...hard to put all that in one paragraph especially when it comes to going to the dentist! His assistant eased my mind and held my hand as he extracted my top 2 wisdom teeth. She reassured me that I wouldn't feel any pain and minimal pressure. I'm sure I asked about a million times prior!!! Also, watching the needles and pliers come out was so scary for me but she also made it comfortable for me and helped me relax. Dr. Guptas confidence in his profession and being non-judgement about me not being to a dentist in over 10 years really made me feel welcomed! The procedure was so fast I couldn't believe it....but thankful it was finally over. Thanks again so much to you & your assistant. I saw his advertisement in the yellow pages and gave him a call. He thoroughly won me over with his professionalism. He said it wouldn't hurt and He was right! No pain! Now I'm scheduling all my family dental needs with him. His office is not hard to find and it seems appointments are easy enough to set up. I did get multiple text confirming my appointment. After waiting for over 40 minutes I was told they were having trouble getting my insurance to work. I have a child that uses the same insurance in the same area with no problems. Polite staff but these are situations shouldn't happen. Follow up with your patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Jackson (the father) as an adolescent many years ago, because his business was "the place" to go. He seemed nice and I had my teeth straightened, his son (younger Dr. Jackson) gave me the creeps.... Unfortunately, it wasn't until adulthood that I realized the issues which have been a result of the orthodontic work. Things such as permanent retainer problems because they don't tell you it's actually a fixed retainer that eventually needs to come out or how the twisted metal type can cause dental problems, along with midline discrepancy, tongue crowding, airway restriction, and TMJ. All alterations done to me as a child. If I could go back in time, I would've sought out other services with what I know now. Sure my teeth "looked good", but everything that I realized was a result of the orthodontics work done by this business, which seemed more like a factory getting kids in and out, I wish I had been more aware and educated then. Please do your research before trusting others with your teeth. Sometimes the damage is irreversible.
