I kinda considered it an emergency but they said they couldn't fit me in until June 5th. so I found another dentist that would get me in faster, so I asked for my x rays when I talked to Christy on the phone. She was like sure you can stop by and sign a wavier for them to be email my x rays to the dentist that did make me a priority. But when I go to the office to sign the release Christy then tells me I have to pay 168.00 to get records but she failed to tell me this on the phone. This Was around lunch time. So I leave their office without x rays in hand. so then my phone rings and Christy leaves me a voicemail stating that they could get me in at 4. Keep in mind this is at like 3:30. they told me first I needed a root canal n then when they called to squeeze me in they wanted to pull the tooth. This whole time I'm in pain just trying to get my tooth taken care of. 1st a the last time I'll ever go there. Looking at the dentist office size I'm sure they wont miss my payments but I'm gonna go somewhere where I matter

Dr.Chapman has been my family dentist for 3 decades. He always remembers my name, my children's…read morenames. He is calm, easy to talk with, and skilled. He has recognized problems that I didn't even realize were a problem. While it is difficult to reschedule regular appointments because of the case load for the entire office, emergencies will be taken care of. The hygienists within the office are experienced and skilled. I like all of them and would accept any one if my assigned hygienist isn't available. The other DDS's in the office are also personable and the staff is friendly and kind.

I informed the DH, I need to be somewhere at 1:00 pm as this is just the consultation. This process to ok about 10 minutes. When the clock reached 12:30 pm, after being left in the exam room for 45 minutes, with no one stepping in to provide information or check up on me. I left the exam room and found someone. I advised as the dentist's time is valuable, so is mine. I would no longer wait after being at their office for one and half hours. I left and found a different t provider. Would not recommend.

The front desk staff is very nice and helpful and gets you checked-in promptly. I got my teeth cleaned from the hygienist named Tara and she was very sweet and did a good job. Dr. Scott came in after my xrays and told me I needed 10 fillings!! I had my teeth cleaned prior to this 9 months back and was late on my usual cleanings, however, had six fillings done last year also. She even told me I needed fillings in the same teeth that had already been filled!! So crazy! I knew right away something wasn't right...this doctor was looking for a vacation and I was her avenue of payment for the vacay! I got a second opinion from a dentist my friend recommended and he looked at my teeth and said I have NO cavities at all and my teeth were fine! He asked me what Scott said and I told him she said I need 10 fillings and he laughed! I mean if you are going to lie at least make it realistic Dr. Scott!! Dr. Scott was recommended to me so I tried her and have been more than happy. In fact, she has really taken the time to listen to me and understand my problems and give me options for further treatment. She is down to earth and will tell you the truth and not try to upsell you on treatments you really don't need. After going to her for about a year I needed to have an implant done and rather than have my Periodontics Dr. do it, I choose Dr. Scott since she offered the whole package - extraction, intermediate replacement tooth, and implant - at a much better rate. I rarely ever wait more than 5-10 minutes and the staff is always professional. I highly recommend her.
