I have…read morebeen struggling for well over a year and the past few months with the absolute worst pain of my life when it comes to my wisdom teeth! Avoided making an appointment at all cost, then a close family friend recommended me to the AG Family Dentistry. Dr. Gupta made my experience so amazing...hard to put all that in one paragraph especially when it comes to going to the dentist! His assistant eased my mind and held my hand as he extracted my top 2 wisdom teeth. She reassured me that I wouldn't feel any pain and minimal pressure. I'm sure I asked about a million times prior!!! Also, watching the needles and pliers come out was so scary for me but she also made it comfortable for me and helped me relax. Dr. Guptas confidence in his profession and being non-judgement about me not being to a dentist in over 10 years really made me feel welcomed! I kinda considered it an emergency but they said they couldn't fit me in until June 5th. so I found another dentist that would get me in faster, so I asked for my x rays when I talked to Christy on the phone. But when I go to the office to sign the release Christy then tells me I have to pay 168.00 to get records but she failed to tell me this on the phone. This Was around lunch time. I explained , again how sorry I was and that I called, this nasty rude girl reply's - well you didn't say you would be 20 minutes ( wasn't ) She left to go discuss with dr about seeing . Let me add I'm there to have a tooth pulled that I have been in great pain with. So after another 15 minutes, she comes back and says sorry dr can't see you today but if you are in pain we can calling in antibiotics. I replied, is there another time today because now I have took off, she again said no. Then we went to walk to the front. I let her know there was no need to schedule another appointment because I will not be returning, the nasty rude girl from the back said ok have a great day. Horrible service! If the dr won't see patients late then communicate that with her staff so they can tell the patients.

He was great during the consult and answered all questions I had for him. They gave me informative instructions to prepare myself for my surgery which was very helpful and nice. Surgery day came and the process was wonderful. No complaints there. When I started to come back to my right state of mind from being out under, I asked my husband where were the instructions for after care? I asked this because I didn't know when to flush the blood out of my mouth, how long to leave the gauze in, or how long do I use the oral rise that was prescribed to me. I was amazed that he told me that no one gave him anything or told him much. All they did was helped me to the car and tossed a page full of 4 prescriptions to fill that took 4 hours to get. Soon after I developed dry socket. I was so disappointed with their after care that I refused to go back to them. They didn't even ask for a follow up to make sure the wounds healed properly. I ended up going to my primary dentist for care and advice. In conclusion I feel like all they care about is their money. They take the money, pull the teeth and throw you out. Definitely not how to treat paying customers. That place isn't cheap so I expected much better than that. I would no recommend going here.
