I called and told her that I needed my house under contract within a week (in latter Sept 2022, when the interest rates were constantly rising), and she busted her butt to make it happen. Both Kimberly and her team were thorough, professional, and incredibly kind and patient. They bent over backwards to sell my house, under the best terms for us, and in the end everyone was happy. Over 7 months I left 2200 messages he never returned not even 1 message. Using other people's phones I was able to talk with him 14 times always promising he would complete the survey the next day or by the weekend. NOTHING. Finally I went to his house first to offer more money and second to get my paperwork back. He actually ran from me when he saw me and ran into his house and would not come to the door. I tried multiple times. Avoid this surveyor like the plague. You will be sorry then unhappy then mad and finally totally consumed with wanting to get the word out how terrible this survey company is.

I got deathly ill in amidst of this but she stood by me and we made it to the open house in a timely matter. Got a buyer within 4 days, and started the process. Turned out to be a huge mess with delays of a month. Buyer backed out so we had another open house and got a buyer within 4 days again, nice house.
