We have only been dealing with Bayshore, as AHS patients, for a few weeks. Most of the time, they get it right; however, my husband's meds are on a strict schedule. At least a half dozen times, the care aide came outside of the allowed time frame because a scheduler got it completely wrong and once because the aide came 3 hours earlier than she was scheduled. I get that mistakes happen, and these mistakes happen too often for me to trust them to get it right. Bayshore is the worst company for respite and or personal care. They don't show up when required. When they do there either late, want to leave early or just sit there. Always being transferred when you call or being put on hold. I have left several message and never get follow ups. I would not recommend this company. The only saving grace is that I have a caregiver from this company who is SUPERB when it comes to taking care of my mom. If I cannot have her I would rather struggle then guess what to expect. read more

about a week ago i left a highly negative review and in it i said they were a wolf in sheep's clothing! well i'd like to retract that as bayshore as a result have made a couple of very significant moves!! for one which is big! the area manager was released! well done! secondly and just as important if not more is that bayshore has restored the workers shift pay!! that is huge!! you acted quickly and decisively! you've got some very happy workers bayshore and you've restored my faith in you as well as the workers which is so vital as now the handicapped residents of inclusio can now be confident that their quality of care and quality of life won't be eroded by any more staff defections!! way to go bayshore!! good job!! john karperien read more
