She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. Waste of money. Had to take items and put it in top dryers. I used to like going here before the pandemic hit. When the place reopened, I was so happy. Now, after going through this, I will find a better wash place to do my clothing. Half the washers were taped off - they didn't work. The bottom dryers didn't heat.
