We, along with LOTS of other folks, were bringing in loads and loads of filthy clothing, bedding, rugs, etc., and they handled it not only quickly, professionally and for a fair price, but also with a smile and friendly attitude. They were patient when schedules got disrupted, and always polite in communications. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!

A little bit off the beaten path, but, 60 lb washers (probably overkill for my comforters, but it feels good!) AND a 75 lb dryer!!! I have never seen anything so deep! Both comforters at once!!! All in all great place to do laundry. As more people find this place, the owner will add extra benefits like wash/fold service and maybe even food! If they could not be repaired I didn't want them to clean it since I would not wear it anyway. The cashier said ok yeah that's fine and seemed to shrug it off. I went to pick it up today and not only were the shoulders not fixed but the pants have holes in them and they were wrinkled on top of it. I called back when I was home and the cashier said I had to waste my time bringing it back to the store and that was "the chance I took bringing it to them." What kind of quality service business says that? There is no way to fix holes in tuxedo pants so I'm not going to waste a trip back there. I get that they don't want to be scammed but they can see that I was a regular customer in their system. I offered to send pics of it but she refused. I am posting the pics here instead to warn against the terrible service this place offers. What a shame.
