We dropped…read moreoff our dog with over two weeks of labeled food and there for 3 days and on the 2nd day the staff alerted us, he was out of food at 7:30 PM, so we had to cancel our dinner plans with family and drove mikes to buy him more food. Upon arriving the rude front desk mgr/staff refused to entertain our concerns and stood by their refusal to admit our digs food went "missing". How do you misappropriate more food than a dog of 20 pounds could possibly eat in 2 weeks, when stressed? And then to make matters EVEN worse, not even look into our concerns, or offer to show us his food bag, much less to take responsibility for their misappropriation, is deplorable. THEN!!, when we checked out, they charged us for even more food. We left insulted and worried our dog suffered under their "care"! This isn't a doggy daycare. This is a RIP OFF. Potentially saw we were from out of town, Austin, and capitalized on it $$$, and not even concerned that our family only meets once a year and we had to cancel our dinner!

I thought that was the way all dog groomers were until I took him here and realized they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and enjoy my dog! They even let him run around and socialize with the other dogs and he loved it. They immediately asked if he was a show dog cause they could do show dog grooming, I'll have to do that one of these days. I never heard a bark out of my pup, not even when I picked him up and after wards they even talked to me about his appointment, how they planned on improving in the future and how I could contribute to his everyday maintenance at home. Excellent experience! And cheaper then petco! I'll definitely be coming back here again.
