My dog REALLY needed to be groomed and they were able to fit me in same day! Awesome!! All of the ladies there were very sweet and I could tell my anxious and dramatic dog felt at least somewhat comfortable when I picked her up because she wasn't trembling like she has done at other groomers. All the pets wait to be picked up in small but decent size individual cages and they get their own little pillow to sit on which I thought was great. All pets seemed comfortable.
