You'll be massaged by one of the girls to loosen up your muscles so you adjust easier. 3. A heat lamp will be placed above your problem areas to soften the muscle further. 4. Let the adjustments begin! Tony's method of adjustment is very physical, so don't be alarmed if at some stage he is pushing his weight against you to align a specific part of your spine, or tugging on your legs to balance out your pelvis.
