I came away quite sore, which lasted a couple days, but I was able to move, and a lot of the knots were gone, so it was probably worth it. Tony's method of adjustment is very physical, so don't be alarmed if at some stage he is pushing his weight against you to align a specific part of your spine, or tugging on your legs to balance out your pelvis.
