I showed her what I needed and she gave me a price, we talked about what days and times, she was very accommodating and respectful of my time. I was already happy with her. But then the day came, Natalia and her crew, were right on time, came right in and got down to work!!! I had a sick kid home from school and we couldn't even tell they were here in the house.
