He would explain everything in detail and he would even go over my tests with me and explain the results. I like how there's an in house lab here so you can get your blood work done there. Last year they started a practice of canceling your appointment if they don't have the referral in hand a few days before. My PCP sent referrals and NE Derm kept misfiling them. It took 6 months and many many phone calls before they figured out their mistake. This year they called me the week before to say that they didn't have the referral from the PCP but I could keep my appointment if I paid $159.... Un.be.lievable. They assured me I'd get the $ back once insurance comes through. A security deposit on a medical appointment?! The Springfield office in particular is particularly bad. Every person I dealt with in the registration area was outright rude or unhelpful. But the checkout staff are the friendliest people you'll meet. The practice has just become a factory. It's more important to them to simplify the paperwork than to get patients in for care. But once you're in, they'll be lovely. Until the next appointment...

We have had nothing short of amazing, personalized, and caring attention from both Dr. Faye and Teresa Lind, weather routine physicals, an illness, office visit or a few things that quite frankly were more serious. They are absolutely wonderful, as our the nurses, who always call back with guidance the same day, if not within hours of my message. I don't write tons of reviews, but know how frustrating and disheartening. It can be to look for a good GP, haven't gone through that myself eight years ago. Thank heavens we landed at South Hadley adult medicine - I cannot recommend highly enough.
