Our house is 13 years old, and many of the seals on the existing builder grade vinyl windows have started to fail. Looking at our options, replacing all our windows and frames just wasn't in our budget. When we talked to the guys at Bayview Windows, their solution was to replace just the glass, plus they were able to recommend a LoE3-366 glass solution to tone down the extreme sun that we get in our living room which makes it either too hot in summer, too cool in winter and always too bright during the day. Wow! what a difference, you can see and feel it. Brian and Shawn, the installers were here exactly when they said they would be, they covered the floor area with a clean drop sheet, took care when removing the old glass, and took the old glass and waste away when they left. We just purchased windows and a patio door through Bayview Windows. The installers who performed the work were very professional and took great care when working in my home. They had several issues but resolved them quite easily. They advised me of ways to improve my home and make things easier for me when operating the windows and door. After installation two of the installers returned to follow up and ensure everything was as it should be. I did have one issue with one of the windows which they corrected with an adjustment. I was very pleased and impressed with the installation of my patio door. The owner went above and beyond to find a time for installation that would work for me. The two installers were courteous and efficient. When a problem was discovered after removing the patio door, they ensured that I knew of the problem and found a solution to it before going ahead with the installation. Both were very conscientious about bringing in the required equipment and doing the proper cleanup afterwards. The door looks wonderful and is operating well.
