Probably the best discount store in Salamanca. I went in search of a pencil and found arts and crafts, artwork, umbrellas, nail polish, notebooks, Halloween costumes, rugs, housewares, decorations, food storage containers, paint, simple home repair items, fake floral arrangements, balloons, plastic bags, hats, shirts, shorts, underwear, flower pots, watering cans, and all manner of plastic bins. Everything was priced well. Not everything was the best quality--but it's all here. The aisles can be a little narrow but the store is quite large for a store in Salamanca. Surprisingly, the selection of writing instruments was not that great, so I am still searching for a pencil, but they did have the kind of pencils that need sharpeners. If you're in town and need something for the place you're staying in, chances are they have it. read more
