Fun indoor place to take our Grandkids. The Batting cages are specific to the speed the balls are launched from. In each one, you choose softball or baseball They have bats and helmets (N/C) if you forget to bring your own. There is also an arcade with fun games that are kept in good condition. The games automatically generate tickets that you can "buy" prizes with. Everything is done with tokens. Bringing cash to buy the tokens is the best way. They also sell good quality bats, helmets, etc. and the owner is very knowledgeable. read more

I will never go back to this hell hole of a place .they had a package for tokens for the batting cage I spent 75 dollars .my kids were taking turns practicing. the manager came over and yelled at my son to get out that we took too long in the cage we used 4 tokens in total . they claimed there were signs posted which there wasn't . My whole thing they should have told me about this when i bought 75 dollars in tokens.they wouldn't let us use them I was told I couldn't get a refund for the remaining tokens. I got stuck with tokens I wasn't allowed to use and the manager was very nasty to my kids . This place is poorly run by incompetent people starting with the manager down to the rest of the staff. I advise people to not go there at all. read more

Unfortunately there are not a lot of batting cages around in the area. So given that there isn't a lot of choice or competition, this place is ok. We had fun hitting some balls in the cages. My review reflects consideration for the fact that this must be a tough business to be in since there isn't a lot of options for this activity. Does seem like the pitches are pretty inconsistent. The helmets there are pretty disgusting... the foam is pretty much worn out and I wonder if they are cleaned. Best to bring your own helmets and bats. The video games are outdated. Could use some updating. I was also told the men's room was disgusting. Not first hand knowledge :) read more

I visited this facility to get a couple swings in. It's been ages since I hit a baseball. They have 6 batting cages and a pitching cage. Each cage has the option for softball or baseball. Speeds very per cage so if you're new you can go to the slow cage and if your advanced you can go to the fast pitch cage. They also had a slow arc pitch which was very difficult to time! I stick out twice trying to time it! EMBARRASSING They have an indoor full length basketball court which was packed with guys balling. They have a very large ball pit and jungle gym for kids and a large arcade with off types of games. This place is perfect for a birthday party for younger children or to just practice your hits. I thought the price is very reasonable 16 pitches for $2.50 . Or $10 for 5 games. There are lots of baseball equipment for you to purchase there from bats, Gloves, helmets, etc.. The only annoying thing is the arcade games are severely aged, some 15 years old and barely working or just eat your coins and don't provide you credit. I lost a dollar before complaining to the manager. management needs to do something about repairing their arcade games. read more

Great place. Staff is friendly. Gives you a variety of pitching speeds to practice batting. Only drawback is sometimes it is so busy that you have to wait but many times people will alternate so your wait is not too long. read more

They give you a real attitude, as if it's a problem for them to conduct their business. Real attitude from all No one is wearing the mask including the owner who walks around or the person working the register. Don't waste your time lol!! read more

Brought my cousins here from Canada, but I ended up getting addicted to the batting cages. Me and my little bro took more swings than my younger cousins :) They also had laser tag, all pretty affordable, plenty of parking, I had a great time, everyone else did too. Much more fun than just eating or watching a movie. We were able to work up an appetite before going out. read more

Me and my girlfriend had a great experience here. The clerk was funny and helpful, all equipment worked and they had a good selections of bats and helmets to use. I didn't experience any of things that everybody else experience. I would be definitely be repeating. read more

The equipment is great and well-maintained, and the price is fair. My only issue is that the owner has this crazy notion that he can require a twenty-dollar minimum on credit purchases. WHO DOES THAT? Answer: nobody, but he hasn't gotten the memo. I don't care about the masks and you shouldn't either. But come on, don't say you accept credit cards when you don't. We purchased 80 pitches for $12 and had to fork over cash. It's just not right. read more

I would rate this with no stars, but then my review will not be posted! I would like to know how often this happens (see photos). The glove was purchased at 11:44am on 3/27/21. At 1:30pm on 3/28/21 the glove had a gapping hole in it! I am super grateful that my son was not injured while using this glove. I returned the glove and the manager, Gary, offered to restring it for free. I told him that I would prefer a store credit to allow my son to pick out a different glove. My son wants nothing to do with that glove and will not walk out on the ball field feeling confident and safe with that glove on his hand. I questioned the integrity of the glove, as it is obvious that the glove has been compromised. I could not say if the sales associate over steamed/oiled it, but clearly something is very wrong with that glove! Gary assured me that the glove was brand new and that it is something that just happens, with both new and old gloves. He laughed when I told him that I do not believe that. I have been going to BB Grand Slam for the better part of the last 2 years. I find the choices of hard ball speeds to be terrific and it is one of the few cages that has a high arc soft ball cage. The workers are always friendly and eager to correct any issue u may have. Eric, the Manager, is always willing to go above and beyond. The selection in thier pro shop is second to none and the now offer the Mizuno Steam break in system for new gloves. Reasonably priced, I highly recommend this place. I thought the facility is very outdated including there equipment. I took my son and my goddaughter there the lazer tag was terrible. I can't even find the right word to use. The equipment stopped working NUMEROUS times during the game- to the point where we even decided to stop playing. I can't believe they think it is okay to charge $7.50/person for that. we were changed in out and of equipment, had to have someone keep tightening the wires when the gun wouldn't charge and also the are is so small and everything is the same. it s not challenging at all, and was boring. Prizes for the games I didn't think were great either. We purchased 500 tokens and many games had red lights because tickets were not refilled, the ticket counter was broken, and the prizes weren't anything too exciting. The ball pit was probably the best excitement. Reasonably priced- $5 and the kids had a good time. I would not go back here again. read more

True, the place needs a little updating. But it was perfect for my son (who is 8). We really enjoyed the laser tag and the batting cages. My son loved it. Best of all, the man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, excellent customer service here. Even if the place needs a little updating, the customer service I received was worth the 5 stars. Accompanied a friend who had a dermatology appointment nearby. I started walking around randomly and found this place. With my options being waiting in an office or in a car, playing games at BB Grand Slam was definitely more appealing. A few games were broken, and a couple swallowed my coins, but it's a fine local place to kill some time. read more

The facilities were very messy and dirty and the staff was very immature. Insisting on participating in the team building events we paid for, in place of our own employees that were excited and ready to go. Batting cages were alright though, but of the hosts for the events over the last five years, this experience has been the only unpleasant one, and very unpleasant at that. I can't speak for the entire staff, but the two that dealt with us were enough for some of us to leave the event and go elsewhere read more

Very very disappointed with laser tag. Not worth the price even though it's only $7.50 per game. First of all the arrangement of the activity is very compact, not challenging at all and probably entertaining for kids under 10 yrs. The equipments keep shutting off atleast 10 times in a 15 min game time, certainty not an exaggeration. Half the time is spent in the host fixing the equipment. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE N WILL NEVER COME BACK...it's just frustrating more than entertaining. The only good thing I can tell us that the gentlemen in the front desk gave an additional 5 mins when I complained. read more

I just had my sons 5th birthday party here and it was great. They let me come early to set up and the kids stayed to play after the party was over. Staff was great and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. My son and his friends had a blast. The ball pit and laser tag was a hit. read more

Laser tag was fun could be a little bigger and one of the men working there ( may have been the manage was really nice) But the other taking care of the laser tag and ticket machine was rude and didn't deserve to work that position. He was on his phone a lot and not paying attention when we clearly said we wanted our tickets cashed he was too involved in his phone after the second he time he listens. Then i had 32 tickets left at the counter I wanted something 35 I asked nicely as I thought he would say yes can it be 35 he just says no had to get 4 more tickets just do it ridiculous! Hopefully if u go to there will be a better associate ! Next time I am going to Branchburg Sports Complex! Way better! read more
