The Woodbridge Community Center has a lot of activities to do, roller blading being my favorite! They also have ice skating and in the summer, golf. I always enjoy it here. :)

This facility has a lot to offer: swimming, basketball, ice hockey and roller skating. I went skating and was teleported back to my childhood. The rink is perfect for families. Good music and friendly staff. They have a deal for a family of four which includes rentals, pizza, a pitcher of soda, and a game card for $56. You can't beat that price for a day of fun. Open skate is Saturday and Sunday 12-5.

I've never been in this center so I wanted to take the kids to try skating. Very nice facility. I am a member of the gym directly across the street and it gives me the same good feeling at Woodbridge community that I get when I go to The Club at Woodbridge (both owned by the town). It was a little crowded but very family friendly. We got the family package so the kids could skate and have pizza and soft drinks. I thought it was relatively inexpensive and the kids had a good time. Really good music on he skate floor as well. If I weren't recovering from an ankle injury I would have gotten out there and gotten busy myself lol. I definitely recommend if you are looking for some family fun and doing something different in the area.

Awesome well priced community center that has something for every interest. This center provides services for NJ/NY residents. Enjoy the open skate at either the full sized ice rink or roller rink. Roller rink area has a full snack bar and game room. DJ plays the best mix of classic and top 40 hits. Rental skates are available for $4. They have a full sized swimming pool with lanes for laps and a free swim area. They have all types of workout classes and a full indoor track. They provide the community with a summer camp and a full sized rooftop miniature golf area! The center is clean, the staff is courteous and helpful and all around any activity you choose will be enjoyable!

I paid about $600 annually for my family of four to join and I must say we are happy so far. It's definitely a place to unwind and be stress free from work, school, life. You'll meet others and make new friends here. What is included in the membership? Indoor swimming pool Indoor walking/running track Cardio gym room Weights gym room Basketball court Pool tables, foosball tables, ping pong tables, air hockey table Free workout classes on land and in the swimming pool Then there's other activities that are discounted price for members of WCC: Discounted admission to roller skating rink and ice skating rink (can throw birthday parties here, they do have packages so inquire within) Discounted admission to outdoor miniature golf Their business hours are very reasonable: M-F, 6am to 10pm and weekend hours, they open a bit later and close earlier. There are lots of school and organization activities held here so as members, you must carry your keycard with you to access certain rooms. There's plenty of parking spaces so I never have problems finding a spot. The locker rooms are clean and there are lockers so bring your own lock or leave your valuables at home. I'm knocking off 1 star because they do close certain areas/rooms when their is an event so sometimes, you may not have access to the basketball court or swimming pool. Always check the calendar which is updated every now and then so you know the room access availability.

The facilities are somewhat out of date, however, the staff does work hard to ensure that they are well maintained. The pro's: The staff members are awesome- trainers, front desk greeters, and most notably, the class instructors. I've been a member of many gyms prior to starting here, and was always intimidated at taking classes. However, starting at The Club, I was able to jump right in, take classes, and it was thanks to the instructors. Caesar and Celita are by far the best instructors that I've encountered- they have both the high energy, enthusiasm, and dynamic personality to engage a class full of people and keep them coming back. I've met great people within the classes, and it always feels like a group effort. I've also done my son's birthday party at The Club, and it was a great experience as well. The pricing for that was great-- I think we spent $150 for a birthday party, which you can't find anywhere else. My son had a blast playing with his friends, and the girls who hosted the party were engaging and enthusiastic. Overall, I think this is a great gym, and I'm glad to be a member. For me, I justify the expense with ensuring that I am coming to the gym often, and making full use of the facilities. If you're just looking for a place to pop on a treadmill three times a month, then no, this probably isn't your gym.

As someone who has always been excessively overweight, I've constantly struggled to go to the gym consistently or in choosing the right foods. Since joining, I've had constant support from the trainers both in and out of class, most especially with nutrition. My first day I was extremely nervous, thinking that all eyes would be on me, much like how I had felt before when going to local gyms. However, there has not been a single class that I've gone to where someone has not introduced themselves to me. THE MAX truly is a family, and you feel that from the minute you walk in to the moment you leave. I have to give a special shout out to trainers Marissa and Caitlyn for always going above and beyond to kindly correct my form, for pushing me to go harder when I felt like I might not make it to the end, and for helping me with my nutrition and always checking up on me throughout the week. I can't thank either of you enough for genuinely jumpstarting a change in my life that I can hopefully keep up with after I move.
