Please be careful if you are thinking about the hormone replacement pellets they sell. Christine…read moreis a very kind person, but the pellets have caused some major problems for me. Of course, this is just my experience but be forewarned. (I have had bio-identical hormones in cream form previously with no adverse side effects.) I am menopausal and have had bleeding with this hormone replacement. Christine tried increasing the progesterone dosage. It helped a bit, but still bleed. When my OB/Gyn heard this, she wanted me to come in for an ultrasound. Unfortunately, the results were not 'good' and now I have to go in for more testing. I can pick between 2 tests. Neither one is painless. This is to check that I don't have uterine cancer! Darn! Christine did have me get a blood test to determine the 'pellets' to inject. However, I don't think she should be prescribing this treatment. My doctor recommended an endocrinologist for hormone replacement. So far I have paid my OB/Gyn $350.00 to learn that I need more testing and $$$. The charge from Trouvaille Med Spa is going to be small compared to medical charges. Caveat emptor.
