I certainly did not expect to be charged $810. $810 for Botox is very expensive and, in my opinion, is absolutely not what anyone would consider "inexpensive." What is even more concerning is that Stefanie herself told me that I did not need that much Botox. If I did not need that much, I do not understand why I was charged $810 for the treatment. As an existing patient, I feel very disappointed and honestly feel that I was overcharged. I believe patients deserve clear, upfront pricing and honest recommendations based on what they actually need--not treatment beyond what is necessary. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously. I have been a loyal patient, but this experience has definitely changed how I feel about returning.
