We called the phone number under Tina's name and at first no answer. We tried again and again and finally Tina (the listing agent) answered the phone. I explained where we were and she said "the open house has been canceled and we have an offer on the property." I told her we were there and she should have notified Zillow. She offered no apology and hung up. When we were getting ready to leave, other people were walking and driving up and I had to tell them the open house was canceled. Shame on Tina and Remax. This is no way to do business.
