My husband and I were looking to relocate from the DC area to the Philly suburbs in about a month timeframe. In a tough market, Lee made our dreams come true by being very creative with our situation. We found a house that we really wanted as our forever home, however we knew things would be tight with the shrinking value of our current home. Lee quickly listed our home at a reasonable price which generated a little traffic. A week into the listing of our house he worked with the selling agent of the other home to convince them to accept a contingency offer from us. In this market that's not an easy thing to do. After dropping the price on our current home to our absolute limit, Lee suggested we think about renting out our current home as a significant investment for the future. Lee contacted me after my listing expired with another agent. I was skeptical, because the housing market was bad (fall 2011), it was the 'wrong' time to sell (autumn) and we had already given it a shot.
