This was a fantastic find in the heart of the artsy SoHo area, in between shopping. The manager was very involved in making sure things flowed. She was welcoming and helped explain the menu options. They have great lunch sets that include a soup, main course, home made lemonade, and finishes off with dessert of creme brûlée and a pot of hot tea all for a reasonable price between AR$110-130 pesos.
I tried the grilled salmon salad which had a generous wedge of Brie cheese and a side of delicious almonds and a tangy teriyaki sauce. It was a great combination of flavors that went so well together. The pumpkin soup was tasty and perfect for the cold winters weather. The creme brûlée was fair, with chunks of burnt sugar instead of a hard top layer and sprinkled with a few blueberries in an adorable custard cup. Again the hot tea went well with the dessert.
They have a front section of seating, then another with bench seating and s few more tables toward the kitchen, plus an outside patio (if you're brave enough to face the cold or if you have a furry friend with you). The bathrooms were in the back past the back counter. read more
