Initially I was very impressed with All Klear, as they seemingly got us taken care when our HVAC…read morewent out ahead of a winter storm last year and the technicians seemed very professional. However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.

Called a second time requesting he add more window blinds that I had purchased, to install deadbolts on three exterior doors and replace all the interior door knobs I purchased. We negotiated a price, which he increased due to the work involved and I agreed to the new price. I paid in cash, but he didn't finish the work. He returned to complete the project, but left after an hour, as he didn't finish a deadbolt installation and installed the second dead bolt and door handles, then left early because a tornado warning was issued that afternoon and evening. Kris said he'd return to finish the job Saturday or Sunday, but didn't. So, Kris walked off with my money and left without finishing the work he was paid to do. He offered to return the following weekend. I text: Will you be able to finish the work? No reply ... and the blinds, the deadbolt nor the door knobs are still sitting on my table. He took my cash, said he'd be back - and didn't. A hard lesson. Do not to trust this guy! He'll take your money and leave his work unfinished.

His estimate was more than fair, and he transformed my front yard completely. Cut down a large limb from my 75 yr old tree that was over to my roof, removed all debris from yard, put down weed barrier on my flower beds, brought in dirt to level my yard, then reseeded the yard, and secured it with straw. He placed an enormous amount of black mulch over all my existing trees and flower beds. I can honestly say, it looks so beautiful now, and my grass hasn't even started to grow yet. He took the time to hook up my hoses, and give me directions on when and how long to turn them on. He is an amazing young man who I will recommend to anyone. Took him 3 days from start to finish. But it's absolutely beautiful now. If you're looking for a Landscaper, Johnathan is the man. Fair and honest, and follows through with everything he said he'd do. If your needing walls or pavers.
