Our family just bought a house ( in the winter Dec 2025) this last Friday ( March 2026) it was hot went to turn on AC and it was no good the entire system gone leaked no good. ( I guess in the winter it can't be checked over the inspector who did our home said this to us. However it was a 20 year old system and you actually can check it by taking a panel off guessing it wasn't done. ( We're new to this) Anyway we called All Klear, came out right away checked it explained things clearly to us they were absolutely kind not pushy and that was a Monday, this last Monday the 23rd of March. Today is the 25th of March and they are putting an entire new system in. Initially I was very impressed with All Klear, as they seemingly got us taken care when our HVAC went out ahead of a winter storm last year and the technicians seemed very professional. However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely. read more

No call, no show for an appointment. I texted them throughout the appointment day with no response from All Klear. I called All Klear the following business day to talk to owner who was not available. When I spoke to staff I was given the run around about the scheduling details. You guys came and "changed our filters" and got the A/C ready for summer and claimed that you'd filled the Freon and that everything was great. it was part of our service contract. 3 days later everything froze and we couldn't even get a call back. We ended up calling another Heating and Cooling place who filled the Freon and changed all of the filters. None of that had been done by you guys 3 days earlier so we had to pay another $200 for that. This was with a service contract that we bought from you. Needless to say, we cancelled it. What a shame. Paid $900.00, $200 for sealant and $700 3 pounds of freon, and it leaked out in less than a week. Called them back and they said they are not the cheapest solution in the market, and the HVAC manager called me combative. I am requesting my membership be cancelled and can't even get someone to check why my freon leaked out. I would expect better service, and customer service skills for suck high prices. Our furnace quit working at 9:30pm on a night where the temperature was 12 degrees. We called All Klear due to their high customer ratings. Mark Acosta arrived by 11:00pm. He did thorough diagnostic testing and gave us our options. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, even after he had been working since 7 am that morning. Fortunately, he had a part on his truck and was able to install it and get our furnace running again until we can get it replaced. He left around 12:30-1:00 in the morning with no complaining and a thorough explanation of what to expect. I highly recommend this company. We have already ordered our new furnace from them. GREAT service!! My heat quit working on the first really cold day of winter weather. I called about 6 am and was given an 8 to noon window that same day. The tech showed up at 8:00. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and just a good guy (Mark A.). Price for the visit was told to me before I booked, and they could fix my issue in that basic offering. I called All Klear about several small plumbing problems we were having. 1. I had turned off the cold water line under our kitchen sink, but couldn't open it back up. 2. We have had a drippy kitchen faucet for months. 3. Our kitchen sink sprayer has only producing dribbles. 4. We had a very slow leak from a water pipe in our basement ceiling. Not being a handyman, I researched the kitchen sink problems and it seemed likely that the the sprayer pressure and dripping faucet were an indication that the diverter needed to be replaced. I couldn't figure out how to get to it, so I decided to call a plumber. I called All Klear, and they were able to send a technician the next day. When he arrived, we went over the list of things I wanted him to check. The first thing, the cold water line, took about 5 seconds (apparently I just didn't have sufficient grip strength). He then took the sprayer head off, cleaned it with water, then said "I'm going to say that you need a new sprayer." He didn't check for any other possible cause, and the implication was that a new sprayer would also solve the leaky faucet. Finally, he checked the leaky water pipe in the basement. He found the leak immediately (see picture), and said he would cut out about 6" of copper pipe and replace it with something better. He was done in less than 15 minutes. The charges were $49 for a regular trip charge (which gets the technician to your door), and $79 for diagnostics. I had never (knowingly) been charged separately for just getting to my door, and the $130 for a service call was definitely higher than I expected for 15 minutes of time. The estimate for replacing the hose and fixing the leaky pipe was $420 (parts and labor), which was a LOT more than I expected for two simple jobs. The technician implied that he was giving us as low a price as possible, since it was Christmas Eve. I called All Klear to complain about the cost of the service call. The receptionist said her manager had "just stepped out," but that she would have him call me back. I asked her if she needed my contact information, and she said that she had all the information she needed. That was 4 days ago. I have never posted a negative review of a business before, but I am disappointed in the pricing and the lack of response from the company, especially considering the high ratings on Google Reviews and Yelp. read more

I would not recommend this compay. In 2021 we had All hours plumbing (now All Klear Plumbing) come out and replace a lateral line at our rental property from the house to our back flow preventer. I was very pleased with the service until we had rain water from the sewer back flow into our house and flood the basement. We contacted All Klear Plumbing to look at the backflow preventer and they informed us the flap to keep sewage from backing up into our house was not installed. (we have not had any pluming issues or had any other plumbers work on this house since 2021) They had records of the service from 2021 but because they changed the name of the company they said they are not responsible. Their mistake is costing us thousands of dollars and they still charged us to come out and install flap on the back flow preventer. read more

Signed up for the maintenance plan. Service tech was NOT knowledgeable. He didn't even know where the filters were. He was getting a ladder to take off the return vent on the 12 foot ceiling. We have used this company twice now. They charge by the hour, so they always asked what else they can clean if they have a few extra minutes. We are looking into their yearly plan as they will do a check up on our systems as well. When one of our main lines clogged, they helped my wife clean out our storage room to get to the line. After we found out we need a huge part replaced, they drove back out, did not charge another service fee and fixed the issue. This isn't my only experience with them. Once they came and did a kitchen drain clog. That time they were great fast and only $150. Another time I scheduled for them to change my tub faucet out because the connections for the new and old were different. I came home and they guy had been alone with my wife for an hour. He had her filling out a credit application because he convinced her we needed our whole house replumbed. I just needed a new faucet installed. Gtfo. Yesterday was the last straw. I shouldn't have had my wife call because that's who she picked. My toilet and tub weren't draining and were backing up into one another. From the get go this guy kept presenting worst case scenarios to me. After an hour he still Hadn't fixed the problem. He was tellling me all Kinda of extra things needed. Told me now he needs to run cameras through my pipes to find it which it an extra $270. First it was he has to use this one machine that requires taking my toilet out. Then after doing so said his machine wouldn't fit in my bathroom. Then says he ran his snake 60ft which later changed to 75ft. He told me I didn't have a trap outside. Finally he's going to leave and come back tomorrow and I told him I may hire someone else. I thought he left but apparently he was still outside digging around. He found my trap and told me he couldn't open it. I told him to pack up and I'd pay his $50 service fee. He left and didn't get payment for some reason. I called another guy out and he was here within an hour and had my problem fixed. Everything he had to say made the other guys sound dumb and like they have no knowledge. Thanks to United plumbing I get to take a shower tonight. I'll never waste my time on All Klear again. read more

I have used All Klear Plumbing and Heating for probably a decade and have never received anything short of 5 star service. Every tech I have met has been on time, pleasant, efficient, professional and completely knowledgeable. I have their maintenance agreement, and as an elderly widow, I find security in knowing they will check the working order of the a/c and furnace for me each season and change the filters so that is one less thing I have to worry about. Today it was discovered that the thermostat was not working and needed replacing. Kevin had the part in his truck so within a few minutes I had a new thermostat installed and working. This company replaced all my original galvanized water supply pipes with new PEX piping a few months ago, in my 1951 home. The two technicians I met on separate occasions were polite and arrived on time (sometimes even early) but unfortunately, these are the only positive things I encountered with All Klear. This was the first major repair on my newly purchased home, and was pressured by the supervisor into spending 3-4 times the amount of money than other surrounding (and good/honest) plumbers. While I didn't realize it was happening at the time, I'm embarrassed to admit that I feel like I was conned into making a quick and uneducated decision, by being told my pipes could, and probably would, burst at any moment if I didn't have them replaced immediately. Every time I began to second guess the situation and mentioned calling around for more estimates, I was interrupted with misleading information, warning and threatening me that I needed to act immediately, or it was extremely likely that the pipes would burst and lead to a plethora of other horrible and expensive problems. Little did I know, letting this company con me WAS the horrible and expensive problem. While it's been a few months since I had the work done (August 2013), I am reminded of this infuriating experience very time I have to make a payment towards my ridiculously overpriced bill. I had to take out a new line of credit, and paid $3,200 for a job that other well-respected plumbers in the area will gladly complete for $800-$1000. I am a young, female, first-time home buyer, and am reminded every month that all this money could and should be used to repair many other problems in my older home. While being insanely overpriced is one thing, I completely lose respect for any company that uses these threatening and shady tactics to conduct their business. This could have waited a few days for me to call around for other opinions, but of course All Klear probably didn't want me finding out that I was being ripped off. The work in general was sloppy as well, many of the old and disconnected pipes were left sticking out of my walls and floors, and much of the new piping wasn't secured well, so it's all left to sag and droop in many areas. Please keep your children, parents, grandparents, friends, and anyone else you care about away, so nobody you love feels like they were conned into spending money they barely have, like I did. Of course I learned my lesson from this experience, about always getting multiple opinions and quotes in the future, and I can only hope that bad reviews will also help All Klear learn a lesson on how to better treat their customers (now former customers). read more

Tech left hose running after left, left door off crawl space, and didnt turn waterheater back on so woke up to ice cold showers next morning. Mounted fan on joists touching pressure tank and the metal on metal vibrated the room above and was so loud. Sadly a definite lack of attention to detail and double checking things. read more

I hired All Klear Plumbing to come out to my house to install a new state of the art water heater. They charged me $5000 and I paid it. It did not work. It was putting hot water in the cold lines and cold water in the hot line. They could not fix it so they came out and took it back. They replaced it with a tank that worked fine and this unit cost $1700. They refused to refund the difference. I think this is wrong and they will not make this right. The service industry should be more worried about their customer service. Not their sales. My hot water heater was having issues and I called All Klear to come out to look at it. The receptionist told me it would be 49$ when I had her on the phone. They came out and spent 30 to 45 mins look at the unit and came up to tell me what they found out. They, then, proceeded to pressure me into replacing the unit I had. And I mean PRESSURE! Boasting about their reviews and accreditations. I told them I need to talk with my husband before spending 2500$. They then demanded payment of 128$ not 49$ like the receptionist stated over the phone. I paid just to get him to leave. Fast forward 2 days and I get a wonderful worker from Lorenz to come out and take a look(free by the way). Tells me my issues and sets us up for hundreds less than All Klear. A night and day difference with customer service. Plumbers should NOT make commission. Dumbest thing alive. Fix what needs fixing and provide great customer service while doing so.
